Bollywood star Salman Khan found guilty in the 1998 Blackbuck Poaching Case by the Jodhpur court. While his co-stars Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre, Neelam have been given the benefit of the doubt and acquitted.
Although Salman Khan’s quantum of punishment is yet to be pronounced, but Public Prosecutor Bhawani Singh says that they have asked for the maximum punishment (of six years).

If Salman Khan’s sentence is less than three years, he will immediately apply for the bail and return home. However, if the quantum is over three years, the actor will go to jail and seek bail from the sessions court.
